June 5-14

Three Rivers Arts Festival

This year’s Three Rivers Arts Festival, 10 days of free music and art, runs June 5-14 in Point State Park, throughout Gateway Center and in the Cultural District.

Colorado band Elephant Revival performs at 6:30 p.m. June 6 on the main stage, right before Railroad Earth.

Elephant Revival’s unique quintet of multi-instrumentalists – Bonnie Paine on washboard, djembe, musical saw and stompbox; Bridget Law on fiddle and octave fiddle; Charlie Rose on banjo, pedal steel, guitar, horns, cello and double bass; and Dango Rose on double bass, mandolin and banjo – blends elements of gypsy, Celtic, Americana and folk while communicating through their music the importance of harmony among all living things.
