Warrant arrest: Police arrested Lavonne Rolt, 18, of Bethel Park May 14 on a drug violations warrant out of Bethel Park.

Public drunkenness: Ryan Smith, 31, of 3500 Willow Ave., was arrested May 18 on Willow Avenue and charged with public drunkenness, police said.
Bad checks: Carolyn Jones, 56, of 117 Ridgewood Ave., Pittsburgh, was sent a summons May 19 for bad checks, police said.
Simple assault: Malinda Anderson, 44, of 3524 Middleboro Road, Pittsburgh, was charged May 20 with simple assault, police said.
Dogs at large: Susan Duffy, 57, of 44 Brucewood Drive, Pittsburgh, was cited May 18 for having dogs at large on Mt. Lebanon Boulevard, police said.
Fraudulent documents: Raymond Lambing, 43, of 2833 Crosby Ave., Pittsburgh, was sent a summons May 17 for fraudulent vehicle documents, police said.

Cards stolen: Sydney Williams of McNeey Avenue, Cecil, told police that two debit cards and a credit card were taken from her purse May 18 while she was at the Southpointe Country Club, police said.
Cash missing: Mary Connors, owner of Salon 50, 3361 Miller’s Run Road, Cecil, told police May 19 cash has been missing from her drawer on several occasions. The incident remains under investigation.
Warrant served: During a routine traffic stop May 19, Cecil Township police discovered Donald Snow Jr., 43, of 111 Holly Drive, McMurray, had outstanding warrants out of both Allegheny and Washington counties. He was taken to the Washington County Jail.
Task force arrest: Braden R. Higgins, 21, of 3197 Millers Run Road, Cecil, was arrested May 19 by the Washington County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force on charges of delivery and possession of heroin. Police said detectives had received information in March that he was selling the drug from his home. A confidential informant allegedly purchased the drug from him at his home in April and May. Higgins was arraigned before District Judge Joshua Kanalis and placed in Washington County Jail on $25,000 bond.
peters township
Bad check: Around 2:15 p.m. May 21, Augustin Scott, 49, no address provided, walked into the Washington Financial Bank branch on Valley Brook Road, and attempted to cash a falsified check for $1,260, police said. He was arrested by Peters Township police and charged with criminal attempt, theft by deception and false impression. Scott was arraigned May 22 by District Judge James Ellis who set bail at $2,500. He was taken to the Washington County jail and has a preliminary hearing at 1:15 p.m. June 2 before Ellis.
