Bethel Park
Theft and drugs: WalMart loss prevention in Bethel Park detained Olivia Nusselt, 19, of Upper St. Clair, Sept. 28 for shoplifting. Bethel Park police charged Nusselt with retail theft and drug violations.
Ladder taken: An extension ladder on a contractor’s truck was reported stolen while parked at Lowe’s, 5775 Baptist Road, police said. The Sept. 29 incident remains under investigation.
Warrant arrest: Nicholas Sidick, 18, of Bethel Park, was arrested Oct. 3 on a warrant charging him with terroristic threats and intimidation of a witness, police said.
Castle Shannon
Burglary reported: A house on Havelock Street was forcibly entered and burglarized Sept. 24. Items taken included electronics, police said.
Cecil Township
Converters missing: The owner of Sadowski Auto Salvage, 44 Georgetown Road, Lawrence, told police Sept. 28 that thousands of catalytic converters were missing from his property.
Peters Township
Computer equipment taken: A computer tower and printer were taken during a burglary that occurred Sept. 30 at Howard Hanna, 3912 Washington Road. According to reports, someone entered the side window of the building and removed the items. Police said the incident remains under investigation.
Wallet taken: A wallet was reported taken from an unsecured vehicle at 4000 Waterdam Plaza Sept. 30. The incident remains under investigation, police said.
Retail theft: Police said a white male with dirty blonde hair entered Rite Aid, 4184 Washington Road, McMurray, Sept. 30. According to reports, he placed several items in a small basket, ran out of the store and into a waiting vehicle. Items reported missing included three boxes of Crest White Strips. Total value of all items taken is $366.
Home burglary: Police said an undisclosed amount of cash and three handguns were reported stolen Oct. 2 during a burglary of a home in the 100 block of Elm Grove Drive in McMurray.
Vehicle towed: A vehicle driven by Megan Milstead, 25, of Washington Avenue, Wheeling, W.Va., struck a hydrant and tree in the 3000 block of Washington Road Oct. 3. Police said Milstead had gotten sick. She was not injured, but her vehicle had to be towed, police said.
South Fayette
Plywood missing: Sixty-five sheets of plywood valued at $750 were reported missing Oct. 2 from a home under construction in the Granite Ridge housing plan in McDonald, police said.
