Our Redeemer to hold Blessing of the Animals
In commemoration of St. Francis of Assisi, Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, McMurray, will hold a service for the Blessing of the Animals at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 10. Bring your pets (on leashes or in cages if appropriate) for this service in which we give thanks to God for our animal friends. A Healing Service will be offered at both the 9 and 11 a.m. worship services on Oct. 11. Those who desire may come forward for anointing and prayer. For more information, call 724-941-7467.
