A remembrance of the events of Sept. 11, 2011, is on display at the Mt. Lebanon Public Safety Center.

The display includes a piece of metal from the World Trade Center Building 2 and a timeline of what occurred that day.

Members of the Mt. Lebanon police and fire departments, along with Medical Rescue Team South Authority, participated in a 9/11 memorial ceremony Friday morning at Markham Elementary School.
