Criminal mischief: Jeffrey Kennedy, 29 of 900 Park Ave., Pittsburgh, was cited April 1 with criminal mischief, according to police reports.
Drug violations: Anna Seemiller, 19, of 4104 Greenridge Road, Pittsburgh, was sent a summons April for drug violations, police said.
Simple assault: Khada Ghimirey, 34, of 4100 Greenridge Road, Pittsburgh, was arrested April 2 on Greenridge Road and charged with simple assault, police said.
Theft summons: David Vaugh-Grybel, 24, of 342 Service Way, Arsenal, was sent a summons April 6 for theft, police said.
Mt. Lebanon
Identity theft: Beverly Shamalla, 47, of 1115 State Ave., Coraopolis, was arrested March 28 on Serrano Avenue and charged with identity theft, according to reports.
Outstanding warrant: Samantha E. James, 24, of 1735 E. Carson St., Pittsburgh, was arrested March 30 on Lakemont Drive on an outstanding warrant from Allegheny County, police said.
DUI and possession: John E. Angle, 58, of 1500 Cochran Road, Apt. 600, was arrested March 28 on Newburn Drive and charged with DUI-drugs and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said.
Drug possession and paraphernalia: Ronald C. Jones, 21, of 373 Broadmoor Ave., Pittsburgh, was arrested March 30 for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said.
Peters Township
Deceptive business practices: Eugene Grove, 52, of 1306 Scott St., McKeesport, was arrested and charged with deceptive business practices and theft by failing to make required disposition of funds. According to reports, Grove, who claims to be a contractor, accepted payment for a remodeling project from a resident in the 100 block of McClintock Drive in McMurray in May and June last year. The work was never completed. Grove was arraigned April 6 before District Judge James Ellis, who set bond at $5,000. Grove will have a hearing May 3 before Ellis.
Theft of services: A woman who identified herself as Jessica Biel had her hair colored April 6 at La Pomponnee, 4137 Washington Road, McMurray. When she was finished with her appointment, she asked if she could go out to her vehicle. She returned to the salon and then asked to go back out to her vehicle again because she forgot her money. The woman left the salon and did not return. Police said she owes the salon $75.
Vehicle accident: Vehicles driven by Rachel McBride, 29, of McMurray and James Pascarelli, 19, of Canonsburg, collided at the intersection of Thomas and Johnston roads April 11. Both cars had to be towed. Police said Pascarelli was treated at the scene for ankle pain.

Retail theft: Police are investigating two separate thefts that occurred April 4 and April 8 at the Sunglass Hut at the South Hills Village mall. According to reports, six pairs of sunglasses valued at a total of $1,070 were taken.
