Through Dec. 17

‘Lungs’

Off the WALL productions presents “Lungs,” a play by British playwright Duncan MacMillan, through Dec. 17 at Carnegie Stage.

A bare stage, no scenery, no furniture, no props, no costume changes but infinite possibilities. Timely in its underlying message about climate change, “Lungs” is a smart and funny drama that follows a couple through the surprising lifecycle of their relationship, as they grapple with questions of family and change, hope, betrayal, happenstance and the terrible pain that you can only cause the people you love.

Directed by Spencer Whale, performances run at 8 p.m. Dec. 8-10 and 15-17, and 3 p.m. Dec. 11. Tickets are $5-$40. For mature audiences only.
