St. Clair Hospital’s first baby of 2016 born
Luke George Tobin was born at 9:01 a.m. Jan. 1, 2016 – the first baby of 2016 to be born at St. Clair Hospital.
Luke was born weighing 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was 19.5 inches in length.
His parents are Tina Hoak and Nicholas Tobin of Elizabeth. Luke has two siblings, Ashley Hoak and Jason Hoak, both of who were also born at St. Clair Hospital.
Luke was delivered by obstetrician Dr. Robert C. Rankin, who practices with South Hills OB/GYN Associates, Inc.
The nurses in the Family Birth Center at St. Clair Hospital awarded Luke and his parents for having the first baby born at St. Clair Hospital in 2016 with a gift bag full of baby items, including onesies and blankets.
