JCC’s birthday bash marks 17 years

JCC Birthday Bash
The Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh – South Hills, Scott Twp., will hold its 17th annual Birthday Bash 2-4 p.m. Jan. 31.
Activities include Mike the Balloon Guy, Bounce House, timed obstacle course contest with prizes in three age categories (ages 2-12), crafts and a prize giveaway for children 12 and under at 3 p.m. Refreshments include birthday cupcakes, popcorn and lemonade.
New members receive one free month plus waiver of the processing fee, for savings of up to $244. Current members also can benefit through the Member-Get-a-Member referral program. Or, sign up for JCC’s summer camps and receive the Early Bird Day Camp Fees for 2016 (ages 2-15) through Jan. 31. For the JCC’s overnight camp, Emma Kaufmann Camp, a $200 discount will be applicable if you register with a deposit at the Birthday Bash between 2-4 p.m.
JCC facilities will be free and open to everyone between the hours of 2-6 p.m. They include: Fitness Center (must be 16 years old); free swim in the pool (children under the age of 7 or who do not know how to swim must be accompanied by an adult); free play in the gym (children must be accompanied by an adult).
The Birthday Bash is free and open to the public.
