‘THE TIGER WHO CAME TO TEA’

Little Lake Theatre, Canonsburg, opens its Looking Glass season of plays for young audiences with the musical “The Tiger Who Came To Tea,” based on the picture book by Judith Kerr.

Audiences will have the opportunity to participate with Sophie and family as they stumble through a typical day in their English home, except for that bit when a magical Tiger pops in for tea, and everything else he can find!

The play is directed by Sara Barbischm, and musical direction is by Holly Jones. The cast includes Thomas Fuchel, Christian Jones, Chelsea Hallman, Bethany Kohl-Peternel and Grace Vensel.

“The Tiger Who Came To Tea” runs through July 16. Performance are at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Wednesdays, and 1:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Admission for children ages 15 and under is $12, and for adults, $14.

Tea parties will be held July 2, 9 and 16 at a $10 additional cost.

Purchase a KIDCARD to attend all three Looking Glass plays for only $22. Also, groups of 20 or more pay a special rate.
