Card stolen: An employee of Giant Eagle Market District told police July 11 his credit card was stolen while he was working out at LA Fitness, 3000 Oxford Drive, and fraudulent charges were made at an area business, according to reports.
Castle Shannon
Nuisance dog: Brandon Duff, 40, was cited by police July 10 for an ordinance violation involving a nuisance dog, police said.
Summons sent: Police sent a summons to John Derbish, 52, of 2214 Altaview Ave., Brookline, on July 10 for simple assault and harassment, according to reports.
Mt. Lebanon
Stolen property: Police arrested Amy Bosko, 36, of 3916 Maple Hill Ave., Castle Shannon, on July 5 and charged her with theft and receiving stolen property, according to reports.
Indecent assault: Jeffrey Bradley, 51, of 275 Pennsylvania Blvd., Mt. Lebanon, was arrested July 12 and charged with indecent assault, indecent exposure, simple assault and false imprisonment, police said.
Peters Township
Drug arrest: Police stopped Regina Meehan, 22, of New Eagle on July 12 in the 500 block of Venetia Road. During the traffic stop, an officer said he noticed a strong odor of marijuana. A search of Meehan’s vehicle revealed a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, according to police. Meehan was charged with possessing a small amount of marijuana and speeding, police said.
Arson investigation: Police are trying to determine whether two recent incidents of suspected residential landscape arson are related in the area of Springdale Road, Farmview Place and Rosewood Drive. According to reports, the first incident took place on June 29, when pine trees were set on fire. The second took place July 14. Anyone with information is asked to call Peters Township police at 724-942-5030.
Sign taken: A 17-foot LED sign reading “Chiropractor” was reported missing July 18 from Legacy Medical, 3540 Washington Road. The sign, which was sitting outside the building, is valued at $6,000, police said.
Vandalism reported: Someone spray painted a sign at the Sienna Woods subdivision on July 18. The incident remains under investigation, police said
