Cave Quest
St. Patrick Parish, Canonsburg, will sponsor Cave Quest, a totally Catholic vacation Bible school June 27-July 1. Kids will enjoy an amazing adventure of faith-learning experiences. For details, call 724-745-3787.
Gideon’s Adventure
Berean Fellowship Church, Scott, will offer Gideon’s Raging River Adventure vacation Bible school from 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 1-4. Children ages 4-12 will participate in activities including small group lessons and crafts, large group instruction, puppets and a field day. This year’s daily live drama presents a Godly message of faithfulness, loyalty and overcoming fear. Lunch is provided. Parents are encouraged to attend our weekly Thursday service, which is devoted to imparting what was learned during the VBS program, which is free. Deep Sea Discovery
South Hills Church of the Nazarene, Bethel Park, will hold vacation Bible school from 9 a.m. to noon July 18-22, for children ages 4 (by June 1, 2016) to just finishing sixth grade. Bethel Presbyterian Church
Children in pre-kindergarten through fourth grade are invited to join Joseph on his journey from prison to the palace at Bethel Presbyterian Church’s Bible school June 20-24. Classes, a snack and recreation time are scheduled from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Registration forms are available in the church office with a request that families fill out one form for each child. There is a registration fee of $7 per child until June 19. On the day school begins, the registration fee will be $10 per child. Mega Sports Camp
South Hills Assembly of God, Bethel Park, will offer Mega Sports Camp vacation Bible school from 9 a.m. to noon June 20-24. Pastor Tony and his sports, drama, music and art teams will provide Bible teaching, live music, creative crafts and sport-specific camp (baseball/softball, basketball, cheerleading, soccer and hockey). Preschool offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday for $10; Kindergarten through sixth offered Monday through Friday for $15. Invite your friends for a chance to win an amazing prize.
Son World Adventure Park

Outdoor ministry
Bower Hill Community Church, in partnership with Crestfield Camp and Conference Center, will hold vacation Bible school ?July 11-15. This affordable, all-day camp runs from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost is $60. The focus of the camp is on outdoor ministry. Space is limited. Cave Quest
Westminster Presbyterian Church, Upper St. Clair, will offer Barefoot vacation Bible school from 9 a.m. to noon June 20-24. “Cave Quest: Following Jesus, the Light of the World” is for children entering grades K-6 in the fall. Register at www.westminster-church.org.
Surf Shack
Peters Creek Evangelical Presbyterian Church, will offer Surf Shack, a free vacation Bible school, from 8:45 a.m. to noon July 11, 12, 14 and 15 at St. David’s Episcopal Church, Venetia. Children who have completed any of the grades between (and including) K-5 are welcome. After a high-energy opening assembly at the Surf Shack, the surfers make their way to the Story Deck. Interactive Bible lessons reveal Wave Words for following God’s plan for our lives, and surfers will discover pop-up verses (Bible memory verses) that will remain with them in their faith. The students will participate in a variety of activities, including: making their own art projects at the Craft Hut, singing new music at Tidal Tunes, participating in recreational activities at the Recreation Station, and enjoying tasty snacks at the Shack Snacks.
