Week of June 22
Editor’s note: Donald Prosser was enrolled in the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition Program and fulfilled his obligations to the courts, according to a Feb. 1, 2016, order. As part of his successful completion of the program, the charges were dismissed and his record expunged.

Bogus cards: Police arrested and charged two Michigan men June 13 at South Hills Village Mall for using fraudulent credit cards. According to reports, Anthony Shelton, 26, of Ferndale, Mich. and Kyle Webster, 25, of Detroit, used fraudulent credit cards to make several purchases at different mall stories. Both men were charged with access device fraud, theft and other related charges. They were taken to the Allegheny County Jail, police said.
Retail theft: Police arrested Amie Hartley, 43, of Pittsburgh June 14 at the Giant Eagle Market District and charged her with felony retail theft and related charges. She was taken to the Akkegheny Countyn Jail, police said.
Attempted burglary: Neighbors in the 2400 block of Longcrest Street told police June 16 that a suspicious male attempted to enter a residence. Police arrested Jason Warner, 33, of Pittsburgh on charges of criminal trespass, criminal attempt and other offenses. He was taken to the Allegheny County Jail, police said.

Retail theft: Patrice Fordham, 28, of 1966 McNary Blvd., Pittsburgh, was cited June 10 in the 3500 block of Library Road for retail theft, police said.
Peters Township
Multi-vehicle accident: On June 14, a vehicle driven by Logan Marry, 16, struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Deborah Blasher, 19, pushing that vehicle into the rear of a vehicle driven by Cathy Crosby, 60, who was at the intersection of Valley Brook Road and Maplewood Drive. All three are Peters Township residents. Marry’s vehicle had to be towed, police said.
Purse reported stolen: An employee of Valley Brook Country Club told police June 18 that someone came into an unsecured office at the facility and took her Coach purse, which contained $500 in cash, police said.
