At Bethel Presbyterian Church, Lenten Supper and Study programs led by Pastor Donald Ewing will continue on Wednesday evenings, March 2, 9 and 16.
• A Stations of the Cross prayer area will be open in the McMillan Room from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. March 21-24. Communion will be served at 10:30 a.m. March 6 and at the 7 p.m. service on Maundy Thursday, March 24. There also will be a special service at 7 p.m. on Good Friday, March 25.
• Presbyterian Church Women Spring Retreat, open to all area women, 9 a.m.- 3p.m. March 5 at Christ United Methodist Church. Rev. Kristin Widrich, retreat leader, has chosen the theme “Tending the Flame: Stoking the fire of Passionate Spirituality.” Cost of $18 includes a continental breakfast and lunch.
At the Bible Chapel, McMurray, Imprint: Parenting in a Culture of Chaos conference will be held March 11-12 at the South Hills campus. At the large group presentation, with breakout sessions and panel discussion, parents will be equipped with biblical truths and practical teaching to help them guide their children’s spiritual and character development in today’s culture. At Center Presbyterian Church, McMurray, Lenten Devotions and Meditation is held 6:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesdays.
• Immediately following the 11 a.m. worship service on March 6, Pastor Jeff will be presenting on his time in Ethiopia. Bring a crock pot dish to share.

At Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church, Canonsburg, services featuring informal Holy Communion, Children’s Christian Ed. and nursery care are held at 5 p.m. Saturdays. On Sundays, traditional liturgy featuring hymns and praise, Children’s Christian Ed. and nursery care take place at 9:30 a.m.
At Christ United Methodist Church, Bethel Park, Journey to the Cross will take place March 9, with rolling start times beginning at 5:45 p.m. This interactive, multi-sensory experience through scripture and prayer, with drama and original artwork, will explore the last week of Jesus’ life. Appropriate for children age 6 and up. Groups of eight to 10 will begin their journey in five-minute intervals. Sign up for a start time at christumc.net/journey.
