Evening of Jazz
South Fayette High School will present an “Evening of Jazz” at 7 p.m. March 19, featuring the South Fayette High School Jazz Ensemble and the Thomas Jefferson High School Jazz Ensemble. Special guest artists for the evening will include saxophonist Ray Defade and trombonist Kevin McManus and the Bone Forum. Doors open at 6:30.
Former South Fayette High School Jazz Band Director Clem Rolin and his jazz group, “The Lobbyists,” will be performing jazz standards from the “Great American Songbook” in the theatre lobby before the event. Come early to enjoy the music and light refreshments.
General admission tickets, available at the door, are $10 for adults and $5 for students. South Fayette Gold/Green Card members will be admitted free.
