Supersized Night Market combines food, crafts and entertainment
March 18
Indoor Night Market
The Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership will present a supersized Night Market as part of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust’s Bicentennial Gallery Crawl, 5:30-10 p.m. March 18 at 623 Smithfield Street, the former Office Depot building, bringing together handcrafted vendors, food purveyors and entertainment.
The market will also feature multiple 30-minute musical sets by Frankie Capri, known for his one-man-band homage of Elvis’s music. A disc jockey will spin tunes between sets.
There will be giant games including Jenga, Connect Four, Chess and corn hole. Food will be available for purchase from some of the area’s most innovative restaurants including Meat and Potatoes and Market Street Grocery. Perlé, Pittsburgh’s only champagne bar, will be featuring creative cocktails, beer and wine. Sazerac liquors will be sampling their range of products on site, as well.
