At In His Presence Church, Peters Township, a conference titled “The Passion, The Presence and The Power” will take place June 3 and 4 across the street at Peters Creek Presbyterian Church. It will feature internationally known speaker and author Charles Carrin, whose ministry spans nearly 67 years. Evangelist Ethan Rupprecht will also speak. Rupprecht will share his powerful life story at the Saturday morning session. The conference will be held at 7 p.m. Friday and at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday. • Grief Share, a bereavement support group led by the Rev. Pat Sutton, meets 10 a.m.-noon or 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursdays, through June 30. Find help for the grieving process through this Bible-based support group. The class consists of DVD teaching followed by discussion and sharing with others also on the grief journey.
