Pumpkin Patch Trolley
Experience the fall season Oct. 14-16, 21-23 and 28-30 with rides on The Pennsylvania Trolley Museum’s annual Pumpkin Patch Trolley, which will be outfitted with autumn decorations.
Visit the Trolley Display Building and tour a large collection of trolleys and the newly restored Wexford Station. While there, children can select and decorate a pumpkin from the pumpkin patch. There will be children’s games and complimentary fall-themed refreshments. Come dressed in your favorite costume.
The event is scheduled to run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. The last trolley of the day will leave for the pumpkin patch at 4.
Admission to the Pumpkin Patch Trolley is $12 for adults, $10 for seniors (ages 62-plus) and $8 for kids (ages 1-15). Children under 1 are free.
Tickets can be purchased in advance online at www.patrolley.org. Those purchasing advance tickets will receive priority boarding on the trolleys and an online discount. Each purchase of a child’s ticket includes a pumpkin. Those who would like to purchase an additional pumpkin may do so for $2. This admission also includes tours of the museum and unlimited rides on the trolleys.
During select dates of the Pumpkin Patch Trolley, the Washington County Fairgrounds will be hosting its Pennsylvania Arts and Crafts Christmas Festival, on Oct. 14-16 and 22-23.
