At Nativity Parish, South Park, reservations are due by May 5 for a Mother’s Day Brunch, hosted by the Auxiliary of the Sisters of St. Francis from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. May 14. The menu will feature breakfast foods, including fresh fruit, pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cheesy potatoes and crepes. Brunch is $15 per person and $7.50 for children age 10 and under. At South Hills Assembly of God, Bethel Park, a new session of Grief Share (support and encouragement after the death of a loved one), led by Pastor Pat Sutton, meets from 10 a.m. to noon or from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursdays, through June 29. Find help for the grieving process through this Bible-based support group. Class consists of DVD teaching followed by discussion and sharing with others also on the grief journey.
