Board honors two Bethel Park school employees

Bill Ranegar, head custodian at Independence Middle School, received an engraved hammer from William Keith, Bethel Park School District’s director of facilities. Faculty and administrators at IMS honored Ranegar (left) for his work in remodeling the library, bathrooms and several other rooms during a recent building renovation. Ranegar used his talent for carpentry and his leadership to create beautiful rooms without spending a lot of taxpayer money, Keith said.

Two Bethel Park School District employees were honored during the school board’s April 25 meeting.

Modrak resigned from his position with the school district in April.
