Quick Pics: Bethel Park cheerleading wins PIAA Championship
Bethel Park captured a PIAA championship for cheerleading last month. During the competitive spirit competition held in January at the Giant Center in Hershey, the Hawks finished first in the Small School division, racking up an 81.53 point total, slipping ahead of runner-up Pine-Richland (80.30) and third place Hampton (79.93). The Hawks were the UCA national champions last year at Disney’s ESPN-WWS. The 2017 team, pictured in Hershey with the PIAA title, also competed Feb. 12 in the High School Cheerleading Championships at Disney World in Orlando and finished in third place.
