At the Bible Chapel, McMurray, the church will once again take buses to join the March For Life in Washington, D.C., set for Jan. 27. The peaceful demonstration brings people from across the nation, and marks the anniversary of the Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade decision by petitioning the U.S. government to protect the right to life for every born and pre-born child. Register online. For more information or to register, visit biblechapel.org.

At Crossroads Church of Christ, located on Thomas Road in McMurray, Bible study for all ages begins at 9:30 a.m. Sunday (nursery available), followed by worship at 10:30 (nursery and cry room available).

At South Hills Assembly of God, Bethel Park, a new session of GriefShare, led by Pastor Pat Sutton, will meet from 10 a.m. to noon or from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursdays, Jan. 5-March 30. Find help for the grieving process through this Bible-based support group consisting of DVD teaching followed by discussion and sharing with others on the same journey. Join anytime and return for any missed classes. Registration fee of $15 includes a workbook.

• CommuniTea, women’s Bible study/fellowship for all ages, meets from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Jan. 6. Led by Sue Willis with a variety of dynamic teachers/speakers, the theme is Women of Influence. Free childcare provided with prior registration.

At St. Bernard Parish, Mt. Lebanon, the Bible study Ephesians: Discover Your Inheritance will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Mondays, Jan. 23-March 13, in Clairvaux Hall (below the church). In this eight-part Bible study, given by Jeff Cavins, participants will: Discover what it means to be not just a son or daughter of God, but an heir to all he has to give; Learn about the great mystery of how we can love one another as Christ loves the church; Find out that you have a place in God’s “plan of sheer goodness.” Early registration fee (workbook cost) is $18 if paid by Jan. 15, and $20 from Jan. 16 and on. At St. Valentine’s Church, Bethel Park, the Women’s Guild and Christian Mothers will hold their Queen of Hearts card party at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 4 in Frawley Hall.
