‘My Fair Lady’

One of America’s iconic musicals, “My Fair Lady,” will open at Old Schoolhouse Players in Hickory July 14 for a two-weekend run in the Bud Allison Auditorium, Mount Pleasant Township Community Center.

The story concerns Eliza Doolittle, a Cockney flower girl who takes speech lessons from professor Henry Higgins, a phoneticist, so that she may pass as a lady.

Performances run July 14-16 and 21-23. Friday and Saturday performances begin at 7:30 p.m. with Sunday matinees at 3 p.m. Tickets are $17 for adults, $14 for seniors and students, and $8 for children 12 and under.

For reservations, call 724-344-7467 or e-mail tickets@osptheater.com.
