At the Bible Chapel, McMurray, Youth Wrestling Camp will be held from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. July 31-Aug. 4. Camp will focus on the fun and fundamentals of wrestling for children in first through fifth grade, while also providing a Christ-centered message and atmosphere of sportsmanship. The waiver agreement and release form is mandatory for attendance and can be printed online. Cost is $25.
• Fitness classes for women include: Women’s Flexibility and Strength Training, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Mondays, through Aug. 21; Women’s Cardio and Strength Fusion, 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. or 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, through Aug. 24; Women’s Cardio and Strength Boot Camp, 9 to 10 a.m. Saturdays, through Aug. 26. At Westminster Presbyterian Church, Upper St. Clair, Introduction to Ballet: Incorporating Faith and Dance will be held from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Saturdays, through July 29. Children ages 3-5 will receive an introduction to ballet, which consists of short ballet barre, stretching and beginner ballet steps.
