Through June 4

‘Ironbound’

City Theatre wraps up the 2016-17 season with “Ironbound,” a contemporary drama by Polish-American playwright Martyna Majok. Directed by City Theatre Artistic Director Tracy Brigden, the play runs through June 4, in the Main Stage Theatre.

This thought-provoking and darkly funny new play spans 22 years in the life of a Polish immigrant as she deals with the push and pull of love versus survival. Throughout the run, donations of Walmart gift cards, bus fare cards, and diapers from patrons to benefit clients of Jewish Family & Children’s Service’s Immigrant Services and Refugee Resettlement program will be collected.

Tickets start at $37.50.
