Art contest

Student artists in kindergarten through grade 6 are invited to submit artwork for the fourth annual Arts in USC contest, sponsored by the Upper St. Clair PTC. This year’s theme is “The Power of Kindness.”

Students can create an original 2D piece of art that expresses what “The Power of Kindness” means to them. Artwork, along with the completed Official Student Entry Form, can be submitted to the student’s respective school office by March 1, 2019.

Artwork should be no bigger than standard letter-sized paper (8½-inch by 11-inch). The student’s name, school and grade should be included on the backside of the artwork.

All entries will be displayed at the Arts & Chocolate Spring Spectacular on April 6, at the Community & Recreation Center at Boyce Mayview Park. For more information, email artsinusc@gmail.com.
