Bethel Park starts Summer Fun 2020 program on June 22
The municipality of Bethel Park restructured its summer camp program, partnering with Lois Johnson Learning & Childcare Center to offer children a safe, positive experience called “Summer Fun 2020” running from June 22 to Aug. 21 at Bethel Park Community Center, 5151 Park Ave.
The program is open to children who have completed kindergarten through eighth grade and will run from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays.
Program cost is $195 for five days a week, with the price decreasing depending on the number of days a child is enrolled. A 15% sibling discount is offered for each additional child.
Weekly themes are:
- June 22 – Super Heroes;
- June 29 – Party in the USA;
- July 6 – Bon Voyage;
- July 13 – Science Is Cool;
- July 20 – Yinzburgh;
- July 27 – Holiday Madness;
- Aug. 3 – Olympics 2020;
- Aug. 10 – Blast from the Past;
- Aug. 17 – The Reality Show.
