The Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh Foundation has been raising money for the past five years for Emmaus Community of Pittsburgh.

The foundation’s annual Fashion for a Cause event, which usually draws a crowd of 350, was canceled because of COVID-19. However, through a mini-film “Fifty Shades of Blue” and a “Party on the Patio” at the Crowne Plaza Suites Pittsburgh South in Bethel Park, the foundation was able to maintain its giving level of $12,000 for the cause.

The Emmaus Community of Pittsburgh is an ecumenical, 501©(3) nonprofit organization based in the South Side that is dedicated to providing inclusive, community-based homes, in-home services and advocacy to people with intellectual disabilities in the Pittsburgh region.
