National Read Across America Day
Local State Farm agent Matthew Moser (Washington) showed his support for education and community development by participating in this year’s National Reading Month. The event is held through March 31.
Moser volunteered to read to students at Hillcrest Christian Elementary School in Bethel Park.
“At State Farm, we are committed to helping build stronger communities,” says Matthew. “For us, it’s not enough to simply say we’re a Good Neighbor, we embrace the responsibility to make this community better by being a part of a solution.”
Moser took personal time to share a story to kindergarten classes on National Read Across America Day held March 2.
