Bethel Park doctor honored
Every year since 1933, health-care professionals, their family members and friends have celebrated physicians’ dedication to patient health and wellness on March 30, National Doctors’ Day. This year, the Allegheny County Medical Society (ACMS) traveled the Pittsburgh region, recognizing local doctors for hours of hard work devoted to keeping the area healthy. Nadine Popovich, ACMS vice president of member relations and association services, visited St. Clair Hospital to honor Dr. Robert Shogry, a cardiologist with St. Clair Health, in a special ceremony. Dr. G. Alan Yeasted, district trustee for ACMS, presented Shogry a certificate of recognition for his efforts and dedication to his patients.
