Valley Brook Road closing
Valley Brook Road will be closed to through traffic between East McMurray Road and Bebout Road starting Monday, June 26.
The closure is for the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Bebout and Valley Brook roads.
According to the state Department of Transportation, the project will relieve congestion and provide better access to the Arrowhead Trail parking lot. PennDOT expects the project to be complete in the fall.
Motorists are encouraged to follow the posted detour signs or seek an alternate route.
Valley Brook Road businesses will remain open to traffic.
