Upper St. Clair students advance to FBLA nationals
Four Upper St. Clair High School students were among the top performers at the recent Pennsylvania Future Business Leaders of America State Leadership Conference, advancing to the national competition. The following Upper St. Clair students qualified for the FBLA National Leadership Conference, which is set for June 27-30 in Atlanta:
n Ujal Gautum, first place, Impromptu Speaking
n Arya Patel, second place, Advertising
n Yog Trivedi, third place, Advertising
n Shubham Patel, fourth place, Agribusiness
The statewide event was held April 17-19 in Hershey. The conference featured more than 50 individual and/or team events on a range of topics including accounting, advertising, business law, economics, personal finance, graphic design, social media strategies, and more. The top four in each event qualified for the national conference.
The following Upper St. Clair High School students placed in the top 10 in Pennsylvania, but did not qualify to advance to the national competition: Arth Italiya, Keshav Narasimhan, Harini Sakthivel, Isabella Zhang, Neil Joon, Reilly Caslin and Autumn Ma.
