THE RELIC OF THE ARM OF SAINT JUDE IS COMING TO TRIUMPH OF THE HOLY CROSS PARISH AT SAINT THOMAS A BECKET CHURCH ON SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2023
The Relic of the Arm of Saint Jude Thaddeus, venerated in Rome from ancient times, will be on display at the Diocese of Pittsburgh this weekend. A special Mass will be held in honor of Saint Jude on Saturday, November 4 at 1:00PM, with veneration of the relic beginning at 2:15pm at Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, Saint Thomas a Becket Church, located at 139 Gill Hall Road, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025.
Veneration of the relic will continue throughout the day until 10:00PM. Individuals must be in the veneration line by 9:00PM to have the opportunity to venerate and view the relic.
One of the Church’s most beloved saints, Saint Jude is the one to whom people turn when they are desperate and have tried everything else. When things seem lost or unbearable–when they seem hopeless–Saint Jude is the one to whom people often ask for prayers on their behalf or for others.
