Bethel Park natives Laura Page and Megan Douds were named to Westminster College’s All-Decade Teams for soccer and swimming, respectively.

Page was a four-year starter in goal for the Titans from 2014-17. She finished her career with 303 saves — good for the third-most in school history and the second-most of any goalkeeper this decade. Her 16 career shutouts are the fourth-most in program history and the second-most out of any goalkeeper during the past decade.

Page had a career 1.13 goals against average and an .810 save percentage.

In her first season, Page stood second in the conference with a career-best 0.67 goals against average, while her .833 save percentage was third-best in the conference. Her career-high six shutouts in 2015 ranked fourth in the league.

Page’s junior year was highlighted by having the second-best save percentage in the conference at .853, her best-ever save percentage in a season. In her senior year, Page finished second in the conference with a career-high 108 saves.

Douds was the only first-year swimmer in the history of both the men’s and women’s programs to be named the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference MVP. She was a four-time all-PAC selection from 2014-18 and earned first-team recognition three times.

Douds was part of eight total PAC champion events, including individual PAC victories in the 100 butterfly in both 2015 (56.76) and 2016 (58.08) and the 200 butterfly twice (2015 — 2:07.57 and 2016 — 2:07.71). She was also a member of back-to-back PAC championship-winning 400 medley relay teams in 2015 (3:55.74) and 2016 (3:58.60) and was part of a quartet that were PAC champions in the 400 freestyle in 2017 (3:34.42) and the 800 freestyle in 2017 (7:48.62).

Douds holds four school records, including the 50 freestyle (24.13), the 100 freestyle (53.04), the 100 butterfly (56.76), and the 200 butterfly (2:06.69). Douds is also in the top 8 in school history in four other categories, including the 500 freestyle (second — 5:08.56), the 200 freestyle (fourth — 1:55.42), the 1,000 freestyle (fifth — 10:49.21), and the 1,650 freestyle (eighth — 18:05.25)

Douds is the daughter of Bill and Dawn Douds, both of whom are Bethel Park and Westminster College graduates.
