The bright, sunny weather on June 15 made for a great day for Bridgeville’s Annual “Day on the Avenue.” The community celebration was attended by hundreds of area residents who browsed many different vendors including food, games, entertainment, bands, a car cruise and the Bridgeville Volunteer Fire Department’s battle of the barrel.
