Lebo man arrested on charges of child porn
A Mt. Lebanon man, David Miller, was charged April 24 with sexual abuse of a child and child pornography after police discovered 100 to 150 images of child pornography on his laptop computer, said Mt. Lebanon police Lt. Aaron Lauth.
Miller, 33, of 1160 Bower Hill Road, apartment 505 B, admitted he had pornography on his computer and “may” have downloaded child pornography. But he said if he did, he would have deleted the child porn, Lauth said.
Miller consented to a search of his computer by the Allegheny County Regional Computer Task Force.
A warrant was issued for Miller and he was arrested at 10:32 a.m. April 24 at his apartment. There was no physical contact with a child, Lauth said.
Miller was arraigned before District Judge Blaise Larotonda and was placed in Allegheny County Jail on a $3,000 straight bond, Lauth said.
