COACHES COMMENT: According to her coaches and teachers, Cailtin always leads by example in the classroom and on the field. She is the ultimate team player, always doing what is best for the overall success of the team. She finds as much enjoyment in assisting a teammate as scoring a goal herself. Her favorite quote comes from Mia Hamm. It’s how she leads by example and is a true role model. “I am a member of a team and I rely on the team. I defer to it and sacrifice for it because the team, not the individual, is the ultimate champion.”
