It’s never too early to read! Peters Township Public Library hosts multiple events for young children with its winter programs for babies through kindergarten, which take place Tuesdays. The programs last nine weeks and began Jan. 6. Sisters Annie, 2, left, and Stella Koch,1, stop playing a game on the computer to check with their mother, Emily Koch of North Strabane Township, while at Peters Township Public Library on Jan. 14. The girls and their mother go to the library at least twice a week.
