Some Peters Township School District buses may be delayed because of downed trees and wires in the township, said Shelly Belcher, district spokeswoman. Parents were notified by auto-call. Belcher said there were reports of a power outage at Bower Hill Elementary School but the regular dismissal is expected in less than 15 minutes. Backup generators were in place.
