McMurray resident charged with selling heroin

Peters Township resident Noah Farkas was arraigned before District Judge James Ellis at 9:30 May 28, charged with two separate sales of heroin to a confidential informant that occurred from his residence at 123 Elm Grove Drive, according to an affidavit filed in Ellis’ office.

Farkas, 22, is charged with selling 11 stamp bags of heroin for $100 to a confidential informant through the Washington County Drug Task Force at 9:54 p.m. May 6, according to the police affidavit.

On April 21, Farkas is accused of selling 10 stamp bags of heroin from his residence to a confidential informant for $80.

For each sale, Farkas is charged with possession with the intent to deliver and possession of heroin. He was placed in Washington County Jail on $20,000 bond for each incident, for a total of $40,000.
