Mt. Lebanon hit and run suspect turns self in

Mt. Lebanon police charged a 49-year-old man Oct. 10 alleging he was the driver of a vehicle that struck a pedestrian at 10:20 p.m. Oct. 4 on Washington Road at Cedar Boulevard. The driver fled the scene before police arrived.

Anthony Flores of 2114 Vodeli St., Pittsburgh, turned himself in to Allegheny County Sheriffs the morning of Oct. 10 after police obtained an arrest warrant for him.

Flores is charged with a felony count of accidents involving death or personal injury, a misdemeanor count of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, and a summary offense of immediate notice of accident to police department.

He was awaiting arraignment the afternoon of Oct. 10. The victim suffered two broken femurs and a head injury.
