Castle Shannon businesses burglarized
Castle Shannon Police are investigating business burglaries occurring in the overnight hours.
For the second time in the last 11 days, a business in the Library and Grove roads area of Castle Shannon has been broken into overnight.
On July 24 at 6 a.m., employees of Bobs Diner, 1230 Grove Road, found someone forced open the doors at the rear of the business and took an unspecified amount of cash. On Aug. 4 at 6:15 a.m., employees of Sherwin Williams, 3603 Library Road, found the back doors of the business had been forced open. Nothing was reported missing.
Castle Shannon police are asking that if anyone knows anything related to these incidents to please call 412-885-9300, or call 911.
Allegheny County Police are assisting in the investigation.
