SHIM to expand volunteer opportunities
Over the next few months, South Hills Interfaith Ministries will be expanding opportunities for people to volunteer on evenings and weekends, including more family-friendly experiences, networking opportunities, programs for high school students and more. This month, SHIM will offer two days for college students to volunteer with over winter break. ‘Winter break at SHIM’ will take place Dec. 29 and Jan. 5, where participating students will help the organization reorganize, clean and prepare for the new year.
