Drug Take Back event set for Oct. 22 in Peters
The Peters Township Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) hold a Drug Take Back Program from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 22 at four locations in the township.
Rid your home of expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs by bringing them to any one of the following sites: Peters Township Public Library, 616 East McMurray Road; Giant Eagle, 4017 Washington Road; Market District Express, 2840 Washington Road; Heisler’s Market, 601 East McMurray Road.
The DEA cannot accept liquids, needles or sharps, only pills or patches. The service is free and anonymous, no questions asked.
