Tammy Singleton-English has been selected to serve as a trustee for the Community Foundation of Upper St. Clair. The mission of the foundation is to augment the lifestyle of Upper St. Clair residents by providing programs and projects that benefit the community. The programs include fine and performing arts, lifelong learning, recreation, science and technology. Singleton-English is the founder of Singleton-English Law Offices, located in Bethel Park, which concentrates on tax, estate planning and probate matters.
