‘A Flea in Her Ear’

Little Lake Theatre Company will perform A Flea in Her Ear, a play adapted by Greg Leaming based on the play by Georges Feydeau. Laura Chandler believes that her husband Victor is having an affair with another woman, and tricks him into meeting her at a local “love” motel to catch him in the act. In doing so, she involves a huge range of characters, including a Tom Jones wannabe, a lascivious doctor, the owner of the Pussycat Motel, a very jealous Spanish nobleman and his wife, and a drunken porter named Potts, who happens to be Victor Chandler’s doppelganger. A Flea in Her Ear is directed by Jonathan Wilson.
A Flea in Her Ear runs May 17-19 at 8 p.m., May 20 at 2 p.m., and May 24-26 at 8 p.m. Admission is $21-$22.50, $14 for children. For tickets and information, go online to www.littlelake.org or call 724-745-6300.
