Golfers wanted

The Hidden Valley Super Seniors Men’s Golf League is looking for members, ages 65 and older. The league competes at 9 a.m. Mondays at the Rolling Green Golf Course, located on Route 136 near 84. Play begins April 18 and continues until Oct. 3.

The nine-hole handicapped league plays various games that include individual play, scrambles, step asides, chapman, closest to the pin and fewest putts. Annual dues are $45 and includes an end-of-the-season banquet.

• The Women’s Golf Association of Mt. Lebanon as well as the Mt. Lebanon Senior Men’s Golf Club are accepting applications as well as seeking new members. Play begins in April for both groups.

Swim lessons

The Pittsburgh Elite Aquatics Swim Club will conduct small-group lessons Sundays beginning April 28 for ages 4-12 (sixth grade) at the Upper St. Clair High School pool.

Times are 1 p.m. for Levels 1 and 2; 1:30 p.m. for Levels 3 and 4; and 2 p.m. for Levels 5 and 6. Fee is $60 for four, 30-minute sessions.

Skate lessons

Figure skating lessons for ladies is offered from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesdays at the Spencer Family YMCA in Bethel Park. Sharon Brooks, a USFS Gold Medal coach with over 40 years of experience, instructs. Fee is $25 ($50 non-members). To register, call 412-347-6565.

Inline hockey

Registration for Bethel Park Inline Hockey will be held from 7-9 p.m. May 20-21 at the community center. Visit www.bpinlinehockey.com to register online. Students in grades 3-12 are eligible.

The league is open to public and non-public school students. Practices are held once a week with games played on the weekends. The season runs September through March.

Senior softball

Registration for the South Hills Senior Softball League is being accepted. Visit seniorsoftballleague.com for sing-up forms.

Ages 55 and older are eligible. Practices and games begin in April and the season continues through early September at fields in South Park and other South Hills locations.
