CV was 2-8 overall last year. 2-5 in the Parkway Conference

lost Lamont Payne to graduation and Penn State

What did you learn last year as a head coach that will really help you this season and seasons moving forward?

Patience. Overall Patience. Allow things to develop the way they should.

Off-season. Mold things way culture we want to be.

Last season. always players coach.

Reserved guy to begin with.

Out of shell.

Be self but high expectations.

All winter.

Develop their own.

They are changing the culture.

Great to witness.

See them take on role lead

Weeding the garden themselves.

Biggest plus and mov

Seeds want to grow, Allowed to grow.

Not deal with bad habits.

December through May.

September harvest.

We all have to eat.

Thoughts on the upcoming season?

Expectations and goals?

Goal is to be a playoff contender.

We need 3 conference wins.

Enter playoffs. full steam ahead.

have an opportunity to have more success.

Offense…..e/position and players

QB….battle Chase Schofield, Michael Lawrence, Chase has shown resilience 3 years. Mickey a

different qualities. help us.

chase smart and decisive.

Mickey, strong, power guy.

RB: Austin Ftimisidoxus. Senior A bruise. More agile. He can take off

Dashawn Lewis. saw as true freshman. Weight/stronger. has experience.

Scat back. shifty. Good 1-2 combo

Kareem Hunt and Nick Chubb

WR: Rudy Morris returns. Played all 10 games. Stepped into role as leader

Dylan Czarnacki. D

Hailed Adams. Sr. Shown glimpses. Put yoghurt as great worked.

Excited to see what they do as a crew. Mesh well with QB. They have expectations.

Have depth. good. young across the board.

season to come will be beneficial.

TE. Tyler Glover coming back. We call him the general. He’s a commanding presence. He listens to us. And they listen to him. Rely on both sides of the ball, He’s strong. He’s a bull. Run help. Deceptive fast. Open space tough target to take down. Solid. Leadership. He help to binds. the group.

Offense….just concern the youth. we have juniors starters. few seniors sprinkled in. sophomore that have not seen Friday nights. Will be fine. Young but passionate. Great energy. and enthusiasm. Ceiling is high.

Slow things down and develop them.

Defense….players defensive guys at heart. More an offensive mind now. last 10 years prepare for pass game.

Most DL got both ways. Really experience. Tyler, Rudy Morris, Tashan Lewis, Mike Lawresenc. Eshak, Evangelista.

Justin Terhune…..starter as a freshman.

Defensie is a strengst.

Point of emphasis. More hard-nosed. Fundamentally sound.

Expectations not let scores.

3-and-out like to live.

Define our self. Play as 11. Sound unit.

Secondary we have a lot of 7-7 in spring and july.

communication hit hard. understand positions and surrounding positions.

no mental bust.

slow down. understand stunts, positioning. aim to to be successfully.

Strengths/area seek to improve

Endurance through perseverance. We made off season difficult. Academic achievement standards as well as athletics.

Can you be a good brother. good family member for the program

Weeding the garden.

Kids invested in more than just football. Community.

Youth. program. doubled in size. Middle school roster doubles.

guys set example. believe valuable moving forward. learning.

Being myself. Rather than be the coach I never been. Not bark at you. Conversation with you. Not yell at you.

Honest and let know I am not perfect. I have flaws. We as staff, in here as support. led to believe.

Toughest conference opponent and how difficult is the Parkway Conference year in and year out?

Best conference in 4A. Lot of respect for all teams in the conference. each team is a battle. Central Valley and Quips front runners. Montour good skill.

West Allegheny. New Castle. Ambridge. good coming back. Blackhawk.

Week to week. Focus on little things. Continue prep. Have more time and emphasis the reason why attack a defense or offensively. Stop an offense. Be able to be flexible and have variants.

Young. Sponges. Flip the scrip to

Parkway. Tough. Not want to eye in other conference. lot of lessons to learn. true character. life lessons. help be better men later one.

I have had great coaches, especially in college. more than a game.

past coaching staff. taking on. showing more than just football. helped build notion and purpose.

overall give back to community.

see that

CV Youth Night. CV celebrate CV.

Spaghetti.

Nights dedicated in fall to drives. armed services.

bring community together the goal. Friday night Lights you can do so.

Don’t know. Be ready. First week of August.

Stands.

It’s exciting. New face. New Filed.
