Peters Township football

3-2 in conference, 6-4 overall

Anything new you learned last year that will help you this season?

It’s been how many years…..so maybe there isn’t anything…..

8 years at PT; 24 around. lost count.

Learn something new. Different struggles. Negative adversity.

Contain kids.last year injury and small senior class.

never injured more. not have the guys. wear and tear.

just reinforces how M.S. and J.V. kids are

it is building a program.

always preparing kids. never know when it’s their time.

With what you seem to have returning, PT seems to be the team to beat?

Each and every week is a challenge. Who goes down. Who fumble twice in the first quarter.

We have returnees and

deep at skill level

O-L is a question. Games won in the trenches. Lot of work to do.

OL should have an abundance of experience. 4 returner starters

Matt Miller….Center. moved…..Guard.

Paris Fishell…..one of our better lineman. full 2.5 starter at tackle. good footwork. strong intelligent.

Franco Muscatello……Dartmouth camp….tackle….athletic. he’s a defensive player for us. at LT. too good a football player for us. big tall, strong as an Ox. overall great kid. provide stability.

Tanner Mindach…..started at guard. he was injured. got replaced. brought back. at tackle. Guard natural position. extremely hard worker. in drills, weight room. wide body. fit in at guard position.

a bunch guys work through

Dante Recker, Zach Strommaught. Tanner Shaw, Gabe Kita. Alex Kline. at least nine deep. Last three sophism. got to get experience.

Go work to do but like it.

Even experience. feel like inexperience.

solid. unit.

know position like back of had.

Offense……QB situation.

Cibrone/DiLucia…..pros/cons

Like any other position. We got competition at every position.

Most team play 2-3 QB. both be ready.

we have good option.

Cibrone…..experience. 2,000, ability, throws well. team loves him. does all right.

Nolan some running ability. he’s also brings leadership quality. baseball player. more size. able to make plays when protection breaks down. can’t account for.

both equal reps. both can do.

Nolan can throw the ball.

Lost Brendan McCullough but you seem to have some great WR returning including Carter Shanafelt. We have 4 guys. all experienced. Nate Miller, Ethan Wertman, Thomas Aspinall. Those 4 seniors, experience. Behind have 6 capable guys. Utilized that more.

Carter 3.5 years. becoming a leader. has to work on things. giving all he has.

Nate and thomas. both sub for each other. Nate was injured. He back and battled for position. Basketball run helped. Seasoned them. All multiple sports. Thats good.

Depth…Orsi, Tornatore. Eli Prado, Aden Pirker

Nick McCullough????

Vacello and Reston…..will split out.

Really do like WR corp. More spread than usual.

We will run the ball.

Philosophy run ball first

Screen game and vertical game.

RB Nick Corurie, came on last year as TB. Sarcone is one.

Green back there.

Preston Blair. McMillon as well. 4 guys look at.

RB Vinny Sarcone and Parker Nave……others. Expectations of that corps?

FB/TE Reston Lehman. He will be.

Darius McMillon

Concern. Not a lot of experience.

OL gelling/depth. and RB experience. OL depth.

Mickey Vaccarello…..BC offered….QB/LB

definitely.

I love our front seven.

heart and soul of defense.

Velgich and Moscotelli.

Velgich FB/TE…..Guard in backfield blocking.

99-55…..strongest kid on team. undersized. Velgch. One of better lineman in 5A. quick, strong hands.

way our defense

UP front Paris, play for us.

Tanner Shaw an option.

Dante Recker. Big ? mark

LB we have two outstanding

Maccarello and Lehman long. strong and cause havoc for opposing offense

Nick Courie…..MLB. He’s smaller, shorter, stocky, tackles well., fast. hard shoes to fill in for Hondru, and

Nick is really good and with those guys. Junior.

Sarcone as well.

Sirianni

Lucas Shanafelt as OLB. one of guys mover around just to get on the field. with Vac and Lehman. provide depth for us.

DB….Middles safety brains…Tornatore. rather play defense. So intelligent understands what asked. makes all the calls and puts all in right position.

CB returning Eliot Schratz, wrestler, LAX.

Nick McCullough

B=Preston Blair

top 3 guys

Safety. return everybody on defense, except for McCullough.

Nolan DiLucia and Wertman both starter

Carter played safety and CB. available at both. either position.

Darius McCmillon up and coming safety

Miller, Aspinall, Prado primed be next guy up.

Replace.

Defense will be strength of team. Usually is. Relied on them. 4-and-2 okay punting. field position.

great job there. scheme run different

stop the run. top 5 in run in 5A couple of years.

CONCERN on defense. Not have one.

Stop the run. Depth as safety position.

5DB and

depth at safety.

Special teams…..lost Joe Bedillion to graduation

Ad in paper. placekicker an punter. Aug. to Nov.

M-T-F internship not paid.

couple guys come out and kick,

Goals and expectations?

Want to be playoff team.

Obmiouly win championship

Get back to where

Missed playoffs last year

have ability to contend for conference title, playoff with decent seed. keep move on

like make-up of team.

guys are hungry.

we are on E with personnel. battled. we have help.

want to get back to winning ways.

What does the team have to do in order to achieve those objectives?

Coach talk. Do the little things. Weight room. Ind. session. Intelligent. Cx and trust each other.

Toughest team in the conference?

Not sure about the conference.

Know BP and USC reload.

Moon in process of reloading

SF is a team. QB WR RB. Primed and ready to challenge as well.

Baldwin…new management.
