Community Foundation of Upper St. Clair was founded over 30 years ago by Linda Serene primary founder as well as a full board of founding members. On their founding night, they raised over $50,000 and we’re able to create the foundation.
Since then, the foundation has awarded over $1 million and 500 different grants to residents of Upper St. Clair.
